1 Introduction
1.1 These terms of service apply to the website www.myshowathome.pt. By accessing the website, you agree to respect these terms of service. If it is against your will, to respect these terms, you should not access or use the website.
1.2 The using of the website is also under our privacy notice and cookies policy and, by using the website site as public or event organizer, you agree with these terms.
1.3 These terms were reviewed in December 2020.
2 User accounts
2.1 To access every parts of the website, you will need to create a (“User account”). You may sign in by using your email adress, and introducing some personal data. That personal data are storage by us. You may choose the personal data that will be visible when using the website. Besides, if you change some of your personal information in your user account, that data will be saved as a main copy from your personal data. If you decide to shut down your account, all your personal data will be deleted by us.
2.2 You should not create several User´s accounts. You should not use na account from anyone else without his previous authorization. You should introduce complete and precise information, including your real name, when you create your account. You are the only one responsible by the activity in your user accont and, for that reason, we suggest we keep your password safe. You should automatically notify us if you see some not authorized movement in your user account.

3.1 Everytime you are asked to provide informations related to the website, you agree in provide true data, precise, actual and complete. You have no obligation to provide My Show at home, any optional information.
3.2 You agree in not:
3.2.1 Impersonating anyone else, or use a fake name, or a name you are not authorized to use, or create na origin, identity or fake emal adresses, or try to deceive us, or deceive other people about the identity or origin from any communication or provide uncompleted or non true contact information;
3.2.2 Modify, access or provide data from a computer or device through our net, when: (i) the data, computer or device owner had make efforts to prevent that you do; or (ii) the owner has expressly declare that do not want you to;
3.2.3 Provide or upload files with software or another material, data or informations that you do not own, that are not licensed to you or that collect informations about others (for exemple, names/adresses) without them previous consent;
3.2.4 Damage, interfere with or interrupt the website´s access or take any action that damage the website´s functionality;
3.2.5 Use the website to send unauthorized emails (with commercial purposes or not) or anything with marketing or advertising purposes.
3.2.6 Publish, distribute, spread or transmite froma any form, defamatory material, ofensive, infractor, obscene, indecent, or other ilegal or objectionable material or information through the website;
3.2.7 Provide, upload or distribute, by any means, any material or files with virus, bugs, corrupted files, trojans, worms, or any harmful software through the website;
3.2.8 Falsify the real software property or from other material or information in a file in file provided through the website;
3.2.9 Use the website or part of it to commercial purposes and/or;
3.2.10 Obtain non authorized access or try to, by any mean, to the website.
3.3 We allow you to create an hiperlink to the the website main page, if you respect these criteria:
3.3.1 you do that fair and legaly and you will not take advantage or damage our reputation; and
3.3.2 you do not suggest any association, approval or endorsement from our side, unless we have given you authorisation.
3.4 we reserve ourselves the right of withdraw our premission to you to create na hiperlink, expressed in 3.3 at any moment and without previous advice.
4 Users submissions
4.1 We may now, or in the future allow the submission to the web site from videos, live streamings and/or other communications or materials (including evaluations) from the website users ( collectively “Users submissions”)
4.2 Users submissions should always respect these Terms and any other Terms and conditions related to them tha we may publish in the website periodically.
4.3 By sending any Users submissions to the website, you grant:
4.3.1 My show at home a world license, roialties free, perpetual, transferable, irrevocable, non exclusive and the right of use, reproduce, share, copy, modify, publish, edit, translate, reformat, host, aggregate, distribute, execute and display the user submission for it own or as a part from other works in any form, support or technology, now known or subsquently developed, without territorial or time limitations, and you allow us to sublicense those rights through many levels of sublicensed; and
4.3.2 Each website user an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, non exclusive, royalties free, to access users submissions through the website.
4.4 Based on 4.3.1, you should mantain all of your property rights in users submissions.
4.5 When you send users submissions to the website you grant, represent and assume that you have full powers and authority to grant those rights and licenses related to users submissions established in this contract and that the users submissions that you send:
4.5.1 do not violate any intelectual property rights (including, without limitation, copyright and/or commercial brands), other property rights or publicity or privacy rights;

4.5.3 are not slanderous, threatening or harassing;
4.5.4 are not obscene or pornographic;

8.1 Through our website you have the oportunity to buy tickets, services, make reservations to events and gain other benefits and participate in commercial transactions. Those commercial transactions are available at My show at home.

We will not be responsible for any lost from your side from content or material as result of an upload to the website or a transfer from the webite.
9.4 Based on 9.5, My show at home will not be responsible for any damages, including, but not only, damages for lost of use, data or profits, from the use or performance from the website, services provision or failure in services provision, or to any information obtained through the website, based in contract, wrongdoing or any other way, without limitation, even My Show at home has been informed for the damage possibility.
9.5 If a damaged digital content that My Show at Home had provide, damages a device or digital content that belongs to you and such damage has been for our failure to use reasonable competence, My Show at Home will repair the damage or pay a compensation. However, My Show at Home will not be responsible for damages that you may have avoid following our advices, or for damages caused by the not correct following the correct instalation instructions or you have not the minimum system requirements we ask for.
9.6 If you are not satisfied with any part of the website, or if you do not agree with these Terms or part of them, your only resource, unless specified in these Terms, is to stop using the website.
9.7 Unless displayed on these Terms, My Show at Home assumes responsibility for any damage caused to you for My show at home nigligence. Nothing on these Terms affect your rights as a consumer.

14.2 None of these Terms will be applicable in the Terms of Lei dos Contratos(Direitos de Terceiros) de 1999 (or equivalent local law) for a third-party.
14.3 If any part of these Terms be considered ilegal, or for any other reason, unapllicable, that part will be considered divisible, and will not affect the remaining Terms.
14.4 These Terms are considered a contract between you and My Show at Home about the use of the website and will remain over any representation or previous agreements.
14.5 These Terms replace every guarantees, conditions, terms, compromises and obligations implicit by statute, comumn right, commercial use, negotiation or others, and everything is deleted in the maximum extension allowed by the law.
14.6 Every warning that may be send for anyone of us to the other, by these terms, will be considerede enough when sent by email, in our case to the email provided by you, and in your case to the email on the website.
14.7 These terms are under the Portuguese law. You submit yourself to the Portuguese courts jurisdiction, nonexclusive.
